Gregg was incredibly nice. He efficiently fixed our broken AC. So glad he was the technician sent out. He is very knowledgeable and works methodically until everything works perfectly. Plus he's great with our dogs. His hard work makes the yearly service plan well worth it!
Coventry & Gattis is by far the best service provider we use across all our needs. We have been customers for well over 10 years And they have completely replaced the HVAC systems in both of my houses. They are fairly priced, very customer oriented and professional. Cedric is great! Called on a Sunday morning when they were closed with my AC unit not working, Cedric called me back 30 minutes later and got me on his schedule for the same day. He was able to do the repair quickly and get us up and running in a few hours! He is very trustworthy, he also replaced our outside unit a few summers ago and had a good experience then.
