The order was shipped promptly and delivery was planned and arrived exactly when Mallory w/ shipping team said, so installation went more than smoothly. It's a great pool cover and our family loves it. We will definitely keep using Cover-Pools if they continue with this excellent correspondence and customer service! Thanks again!!
Best experience I have ever had with pool and patio supplies. Received a call when the item shipped and again 24hrs before it arrived. The driver arrived right on time and took it all the way to the backyard, so I wouldn't have to move it myself. Their customer service was just as good as Apple and Amazon!! Talia and her team was great.
I have an old cover and my motor no longer works. Company will not provide any technical information unless you’re a dealer. No support for the individual homeowner. If I need a new motor I have to pay over $1000 dollars for a new motor and switch. An AC motor should sell for $200 and a switch for $40. Then you have to pay someone to install it because they won’t sell to the homeowner. Absolutely immoral. This is just short of theft. Inexperienced crews. Poor quality of work. No follow through. Cover Pools was a subcontractor that was used on our remodel project with Dolphin Pool. DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT!!!! In 2020 we had a pool put in our backyard and decided to go with Cover Pools, Inc for a pool cover since we would not have a screen and wanted to keep things out of the pool. According to the website, it looked like good quality. But from the beginning, there has always been a 1-inch gap when it closes so all kinds of things get into the pool.
