Gave written notice on moving, 600.00 dollar not returned. No damage done, completely cleaned entire apartment. Shower floor cracked after 2 years was finally replaced. They are suing me for 800.oo dollars.

How do you get the front door to open? We have been trying for at least 15 minutes. It sounds like it is locked. Nobody is around to help and we've tried contacting anyone at the main number but no luck.

Coweta Trails is a terrible place to live. Collette (office manager) doesn't like to resolve any issues that arises. I live in Apt 217, the lady above me in 317 stomps constantly from morning to night. No peace can be found. I have went to the manager and she has an excuse everytime. She has started treating the place more like a nursing home instead of senior Apts. Way to much gossip and busy bodies. Please be aware of Coweta Trails Apts. Apartments are very nice. The atmosphere is peaceful and everyone is pleasant. Under new management.

Horrible complex. Managment very poor and unresponsive to the needs of residents. Smoking and drug use seem common. Many residents unhappy and moving out. Cleanliness poor. Gossip and strife among tenants is prevalent. Management is reportedly under investigation by HUD. Stay away from this place is our recommendation!!!!!
