Today was my first time using CPAP.COM I was having issues uploading the prescription. I called and the representative I spoke to was so helpful. She didn't rush me off the phone or get annoyed like so many people do when the see that you aren't very knowledgeable with a computer and sending files. I was very impressed with her knowledge and attitude to make me a happy customer.

I'm not proficient on computers and in fact don't have a computer at home. The customer service associate was prompt, helpful and asked if there were any other items I would like to order that I had previously ordered. I was surprised when the associate knew my previous order, as other businesses didn't want or could not reference previous orders when I had a questions. My associate was patient as I asked many questions (66 years old, need to know stuff) and so I ordered additional items. This was a win win situation for me.... read more

I liked dealing with this company. Fast delivery of my cpap supplies. The only issue I had was with the filters for my machine. I didn't understand how many filters were in each package. I just won't need them as quick.
