I have been with Cpap.com for five years, and am on my third cpap machine. I was with One Home Care (they should be avoided, as their customer service is not acceptable). I switched back to CPAP.com, and I don;t mind paying for filters, when I need them, and not be told to wait TWO WEEKS to get a new filter. Brandy is my CPAP customer service rep: she is smart, attentive, knows the product line, is kind and got me ordered and off the phone in minutes.
Oh my my I spoke with a Angel today and her name is Kira. I didn’t have the correct Cpap machine and Kira helped me and was very patient with me. I really enjoyed talking with Kira, and now my cpap machine and accessories are on there way. I highly recommend Cpap.com and Kira .... Thank you 😊
CPAP.com has fantastic customer service and incredible deals. I was pretty sure I'd need a CPAP and wanted to take advantage of their Labor Day sale, but I hadn't had my sleep study performed yet. They allowed me to order during the sale, and they held my order until after I had my study performed over a month later. I also had several updates made to my order once I found out which type of mask I needed. They accommodated all of them quickly and were so pleasant to work with. I will absolutely buy from them again.

Called CPAP.com and talk to Katherine. I receive a truly good old American service which I haven’t seen in a very long time. I’m new to CPAP and she addressed all my questions and concern. BTW they have the best prices I found (saved $200.00). This was too good to be true so I google BBB and reviews from many places and they all were good. I called back to place the order and got my shipping notification the same day they received the doctor’s prescription. What a wonderful buying experience I had today with Karla’s help! I was looking for a battery backup for my BiPap machine and called the hospital where I purchased my first machine over 15 years ago. They do not stock the product I was looking for, but gave me CPAP.com as a known positive source.
