Thank you all every time I contact your live chat and/or by phone the process is always quick. I don't have to wait. Not to mention that I ask about a product coming in more than one nasal cushion and she was able to tell me sorry, it wasn't available. Very sincere, thank you all for your great customer service

You couldn't ask for a better company to deal with or better people to help you! My assistant when I called in went above and beyond to help me out with a change in supplies. I knew they were excellent from previous transactions, but I never expected such exemplary service as I received this time. I'll always do my CPAP dealings with CPAP.com! And they always give very quick turnaround on orders and deliveries. Awesome!

Customer service is excellent. I don't normally get to say that but in this case it's true. I'm not just talking about a single instance either. Today I spoke to Karla and she was extremely helpful. In the past I have spoken to other representatives and each one has been wonderful. Keep Up the good work. I thoroughly recommend CPAC.com

My item was on backorder. The customer service rep was able to help me get my refund and set up an order where I will be called for payment once it arrives. She was also able to get me a better discount for that future order. Great experience so far.

Great Experience. The ladies I spoke with were knowledgeable and what they didn't know they went and researched the information and sent me an email and also called me back. It was a great buying experience and they even gave me a 20% discount for my first order. I was very pleased. The only thing I would like changed would be their shipping options because they do not have expedited shipping and I need my product by a certain date that is only a week away. Other than that this is a GREAT company and I highly recommend it.

I never imagined that I would need to use a Cpap. After my sleep study, I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. I didn’t know where or what to do next with the prescription. A family member who is also using the machine had purchased his machine on Guam which costed him $1500.00. I cannot afford that, but then I found this site through researching.
