AWESOME Customer Service! CRYSTAL on Live Chat went above and beyond to help me out. My husband asked me to buy a Converter for him ... which I did. Unfortunately, he forgot he asked me then turned around and bought it himself. Needless to say we do not need 2 Converters. CRYSTAL made returning the extra so easy it was painless!!!
