I got lost on Amazon, thinking I'd find a simple CPAP mask assembly to go with my Philips Dream station. Ha, not so! Dizzying quagmire of odds and ends, and extremely time consuming. I tried a google search instead, landing on CPAP.com. The tab for masks was great, as it was laid out perfectly-- and I found what I needed in nothing flat.
