Today I made a call to cpap.com customer service to exchange or return the nasal pillow mask that I purchased, due to working with my sleep habits (open mouth). I was very happy with the cpap.com customer service representative, Heath, who was awesome to work with. He walked me through the process of ordering a different new mask (full mask) that would work for me and he stayed with me on the phone during the entire transaction, to make sure it all went through correctly.
