Great service. Tried a new mask style targeted at side sleepers. After multiple nights, gave up and went back to the nose pillows. Emailed for an RMA to return it as per their return policy. Within a few hours of sending the email, I received both a “sorry it didn’t work for you” email and a refund on my CC. I was very impressed and pleased.

Ordered a complete system. Machine, mask, hoses, and filters. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and was able to pull up my cart and together we went through each item and item number. I did not get to talk with Liz, but Mose was able to take care of everything. I may have spelled his name wrong, but we had a great conversation. I use CPAP for all my Sleep Apnea supplies. Their subscription service is excellent, a price advantage and always on time.
