I spoke with 3 different members of your staff regarding my purchase of a new CPAP device. I was under duress, as my device finally "died" after 15 years of service. Its unexpected demise left me cornered, thinking I might not be able to get a new one shipped to me until after the long Christmas holiday weekend.
