My mom has purchased from this company in the past, and has had nothing but good experiences, even when it comes to returns. Although they consider themselves mainly an online company, their telephone customer service has not suffered, as is the case with so many companies. When I called, I was not greeted with the usual automated system asking me to select at least three or four different options before I could actually talk to a human.
