The owner, Mr. Goodman, jumped in fast to fix my problem after I complained about long delay in warranty repair of my wife's CPAP machine. Thanks for getting it back to us so quickly! My advice to other customers: if your health requires quick turnaround on warranty repairs, make sure you say so ... and ask to "go to the top" if customer service won't make the commitment your health requires.
The care I was given today was excellent. I was able to order what I needed and even got free shipping. The lady that helped me needs to be congratulated on her very caring customer service. Thank her for me.

I ordered a new cpap mask and premium headgear from them. Apparently, you have to have a prescription for a new mask, because of some FDA regulation (and people wonder why our healthcare is unaffordable). Nevermind, it's not this business' fault, you can blame our legislators, regulators and legal system for that.
