Cpap.com has very good customer service, and are very helpful and careful in helping you choose the correct medical cpap or bipap device. I rate them 5/5. The very nature of medical devices is that you just can not take them back, look at any website. These people do a good job of matching person to device. much better than the other sites I as a cash customer looked at. They are well worth your time.

I was in need of a DC cord for my CPAP. I live near Jacksonville, FL and Hurricane Matthew was coming our way. I made a few phone calls and was directed to CPAP.com. I made one telephone call; talked with AUTUMN R. Ordered the cord, paid for it and also paid for overnight shipping. The next day the cord arrived at my home. What a great experience!
