I do not usually write reviews on behalf of any business; however, my experience with the individual that assisted me was so positive that I felt compelled to do so. A couple of months ago I had initially gone into the store front in the Stafford area to just see the machines prior to ordering one through my insurance company, since CPAP.COM itself did not take insurance. I placed an online order with cpap.com today, and forgot to enter a promotion code for a discount. I opened a chat session with Layne, and she was able to open the order and make the adjustment I needed. She was helpful, friendly, and made me want to buy from cpap.com again. Cpap.com has very good customer service, and are very helpful and careful in helping you choose the correct medical cpap or bipap device. I rate them 5/5. The very nature of medical devices is that you just can not take them back, look at any website. These people do a good job of matching person to device. much better than the other sites I as a cash customer looked at. They are well worth your time.

I was in need of a DC cord for my CPAP. I live near Jacksonville, FL and Hurricane Matthew was coming our way. I made a few phone calls and was directed to CPAP.com. I made one telephone call; talked with AUTUMN R. Ordered the cord, paid for it and also paid for overnight shipping. The next day the cord arrived at my home. What a great experience! I even called back to the person who directed me to CPAP.com and informed him of my awesome success. Again, thanks to Autumn for her fantastic help.

I could not be happier! Layne was the chat operator that helped me sort through a real mess and she was kind, fast, and very helpful. My doctor's office failed me miserably and Layne came to the rescue. She even saved me more money but offering different item quantities and pointing out sales. I've been buying my CPAP equipment from CPAP.com since about 2007. I'm on my 3rd machine from them and a few more masks. I travel a lot and I am hard on my gear. That's not a reflection of the equipment quality. I've looked at other DME supplier web sites too. I find CPAP.com to be one of the better sites if not the best. Their selection is great. I believe they are an independent shop. So, they don't push any particular brand or model. They also have a range of price points. Some places only sell the $1000.00 plus equipment... read more
