Ever since this company took over Golden Valley Apartments it’s gone down to the ground. Security isn’t 24/7, the pools closed and not open all year round anymore, park and gym randomly closes, there’s trash everywhere that never gets picked up and the big woman in the office is rude and doesn’t take criticism. The whole team needs to do better, this is our home we live in this community together. Take honor that you guys are on property be more helpful rather than hateful! CPMI Is such a wonderful company!! I have lived here with my family going on 8 years!! The ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful. Jill, Patricia and Emily are great! I plan on being here for many more years to come I have Raised my family in these apartments and it is an amazing place.. If you're looking for A clean safe and Very well maintained apartment complex.I suggest going Going through CPMI. I have never experienced one single problem. Living here the past 8 years
Emily and Alyssa were seriously so friendly, honest, and helpful. I was shopping around trying to make a decision on an apartment and they made the process easy. I am very thankful to Emily for any support with questions and details about my apartment. I’ve lived here now for about three months and I’m happy with my decision.
Very unorganized and Emily is a very very mean person. She literally brought my daughter to tears. Degrading her for no apparent reason. My daughter is not confrontational so she was down righteous horrible to her. Me, she wouldn't have talked to me that way. Mara the other lady that was there was very nice and explained the in a calmer manner. Emily makes that place feel unwelcome, hostile, and I almost want to say something else but I'm a Christian. Take your Bible when you go here
My experience with CPMI has been very good and pmeased with the service Recently I had my garbage disposal stop working and one of the doors to the laundry area came off it’s mounting. They were quick to get these issues foxed in a timely manner and the work was done correctly. I have nothing but good service with CPMI.
