Crumley Roberts handled two of my cases from an accident on April 6, 2020 and an accident on July 17, 2020. My experience was Superb! They got my cases resolved within a timely fashion. Extremely kind and courteous. Showed me amazing compassion. Displayed genuine concern for my health and well being. Relieved me of stress by handling the insurance company, paperwork, and providing me with opportunities to access for medical care. Hallie White was wonderfully attentive, hard working, and showed me incredible compassion. Ken Gondek was extremely informative and showed substantial concern for my traumatic experience and for my case.
Settlement took one year to complete which was frustrating. Apparently my case was more complex because my health care was provided out of state and there were issues with delays in filing my health insurance. Overall my experience with Kristen and Tyler was good. They were very sympathetic and acted quickly when I requested action. Glad to get this experience behind me. Thank you for your help.
