Love the organization and how the store flows. We bought an outdoor couch and had the lady helping us check out when it would be delivered prior to ordering to make sure we'd be purchasing something in stock and not on back order. The very nice lady assured us the couch would be scheduled for delivery in early May. Here we are ending May and they now say the couch won't be up for delivery until the 2nd week of June. I never miss an opportunity to stop in C&B, so I'm probably biased. They had some nice fall selections on display, and we were greeted pleasantly by every one on staff. Just wish they had more fall colors and unique designs to choose from. But they do have a Christmas selection available already.
Met a customer representative named Mary. The most genuine customer service I’ve received and well versed in the products she was advertising. Very impressed by her commitment towards the company and service for the customers. Great character and definitely made my experience shopping for a family gift even better. Wish her the best in her future endeavors.
Between this location and the one in Columbia, I think this store is slightly better. I like the way it's organized and it seems they have more selection, especially of the knives. Staff seems excited to help and show you new products too. Didnt plan on buying a waffle maker but left with one anyway.
My recent experience with Crate & Barrell has been very disappointing. I ordered an item online about a month ago, the charge appeared on my card the next day. I have yet to receive the item. Repeated emails to C&B resulted in the same response; “let me check with warehouse, it’s being shipped in 24 hours”, only to find out this was not ever the case. Item was never shipped.
