Quality work, they did the work contracted, schedule slipped a few months but I think this was more of a COVID-19 issue than a crawlspace solution issue. I would definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough about Jimmy and his team! I called and left a message for Jimmy looking for a quote to encapsulate my crawlspace. Not only did he return my call the same day, but he came himself to inspect the space the next day! He scheduled my project and delivered on time as promised. Called Jimmy D’Amico and he inspected our shore rental property in Ocean City, NJ. Found we needed Crawlspace encapsulated and did not have water/mold problem. Jimmy was able to get the project done in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. Service from this company was prompt and professional. We received before and after photos and a report. Even thought we did not meet in person, Jimmy called, texted when on the property and took the time to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend Crawlspace Solutions!

We had some mold and mildew issues in our crawl space together with the 20 year old insulation falling apart and the vapor barrier not in great shape either. Jim kept us up-to-date on every facet of the project. They removed the old insulation and vapor barrier, treated all of the wood. Replaced the insulation and the vapor barrier and also installed a door to the crawl space access to prevent moisture from coming in. His employees were very efficient and really easy to work with. I would definitely recommend his company!

Jim and his team did not do work for me as I live out of the area, however what a great guy. He spent 2 different times on the phone with me to explain my concerns, and made recommendations to resolve my problems. A class act business owner!
