The tech (Brayden I think was his name) that came for our last service call was outstanding! We had a new installation over 10 years ago and have had debris falling from our vents and he finally found the issue and corrected it for us. He was so patient and kind!!! We also needed a new thermostat and he walked me through how to use and double checked temp setting to be sure all was good. Very kind young man!

Crazy AC Guy installed my unit a few years back. Always courteous, clean and never leave a mess. They will actually answer your questions with truthful answers! Very thorough service checkups. I recommend them with 10 stars!! Now again in 2024, Out with the old and in with the new unit. From service tech, Raymond, to installers, Bralyn, Seth and Bobby the installation went smoothly and quickly with such kindness and courtesy. They may be “crazy” but they are the best!
Raymond, Seth, and his assistant all showed up on the appointed day and hour. The installation was seamless and professional. This was an upstairs unit. We had been using a portable unit, from where we had to empty water daily, for about a year and are thrilled to have everything working again.
