Blake came out when our mini-split stopped working and immediately impressed me with his professionalism and attention to detail. Crazy Guy AC did a great job. My heater wouldn’t come on right as a cold front was moving in, and Robert and Braydon showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, and found it was caused by a bad repair from a different company. They fixed it fast and got my heat running before the temperatures dropped. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The company sent Brayden to fix our AC issue. He was very knowledgeable about the problem. Very respectful, punctual, professional, makes recommendations, he cleans up his area of work and asked if there is anything he is missing or any more need we had. Very good person. We were very pleased with the job and will be our permanent go to AC and heating issues. Try them. You won't regret, promise.

Update: Although my initial service experience was not great, I do want to acknowledge that after I left a review, the owner of the company personally reached out to apologize and address my concerns. He made several genuine offers to make the situation right. This is true customer service—recognizing that things don’t always go perfectly, taking accountability, and offering real solutions. Thank you for taking the time to follow up and work to correct the issue.

Crazy AC Guy installed my unit a few years back. Always courteous, clean and never leave a mess. They will actually answer your questions with truthful answers! Very thorough service checkups. I recommend them with 10 stars!! Now again in 2024, Out with the old and in with the new unit. From service tech, Raymond, to installers, Bralyn, Seth and Bobby the installation went smoothly and quickly with such kindness and courtesy. They may be “crazy” but they are the best!
