Blake came to fix our A/C. They were able to get us in within a few hours on a Saturday (others weren’t). When he arrived, Blake was great. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and showed me everything he did. My husband arrived home just as he was about to leave and he was happy to walk him through everything as well. We will definitely be keeping his info and calling for our A/C service needs!!

We had a great experience with crazy ac guy. We called them for a second opinion when the company we had been using for years were not answering my questions and we got the feeling they were more focused on trying to sell us a new unit. The company had someone out the same day we called. He was on time, very professional, and his answers to my questions made sense to me. Blake and Fred came out the first day and gave us the best recommendations was for our home. These guys were professional and made us feel at easy. The second day Tanner and Bobby came and did the work. Fast and efficient was there plan. The unit has been working amazing. Thanks for caring about your customers. You have an outstanding business.

My wife and I, gave Steve and his team a shot after a chance meeting with him at Tractor Supply. We were amazed at the wonderful experience that followed. The scheduler was informative and followed with great communication. Then the best part, Brayden showed up a took care of our issue, communicating every step of the way!!! Only one word to describe it, CRAZY!!!! The picture is 2 proud Tom Bean Tomcats.

Josh was in my home today for a maintenance visit. He was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable. He was very pleasant and respectful. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. All of my experiences with the AC guy have been good, but today's experience was exceptional! Thank you, Josh!
