Performed crown preparation and were ready do glue it in. Asked if I wanted to see it - of course I did. My response was "It's UGLY". The dentist and technician were going to permanently install a crown that is 1.5 shades too dark. It was brown! Nothing like the crown it was replacing. Only when I insisted upon a remake did they make a crown in the correct color
