Excellent customer service! Maritza was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and took the time to assist me in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this bank. In my opinion this is one of the top credit banks in Los Angeles.

I traded in my car with the Credit union loan with the dealership. We had a hard time with the dealership sending the money to our C Union to pay the loan off. But thanks to Ms. Nakia, she went above & beyond the call of duty. She went out of her way. She called the dealership more than once & was able to figure out where the cheque was actually sent to, w/c was the wrong address. We just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! to her for outstanding work. My husband & i really appreciate it. 🙂
