My experience was not good. my issue was not resolved. It's been over 2 weeks, I cannot get into my account. my account has been locked. It's pretty serious. I was told that every thing will be up an running by the end of this week. What was done.is they put in another ticket for it.
This credit union is a joke. My husband has been with them for 26 years and it's turned into a mess. They wouldn't help my son get credit that was PREPAID just graduated and never had any type of credit.we had to go threw discover which has been wonderful. They wouldn't give him a loan. Don't worry went elsewhere for that as well oh and we just bought a new vehicle and they are holding our money that isnt due for ANOTHER WEEK. in my book that's stealing.. Went to the Credit Union on Saturday because some forms has to be signed for accounts that we opened. 5 yr old had to use the restroom so I asked the woman who was helping us where are the restrooms at? She told me they don't have any restrooms and we had to walk to CVS in the rain just to use the restroom. What credit union doesn't have restrooms? I was extremely baffled by that!
With every visit, I'm always greeted with a smile. My transactions with simply replacing a debit card, to the purchasea of a new home was always completed with efficiency of the staff.
Had very friendly experience with the staff was informative and all questions very professionally handle are needs promptly.
