I went to the Shelby Township location on Vandyke. My experience was nothing less than amazing. Mrs. Linda has such an angelic spirit. Not only that but her customer service and experience exceeded my expectation. I will forever be grateful for meeting and having the opportunity to having the encounter she and I had. I want you to know Mrs. Linda that you restored any doubt I may have had in the greatest of some people's hearts. You are such a loving, helpful spirited person to say the absolute least. Thank you.
Consistently the worst banking experience. I opened a credit card with CUO 5 years ago and I’ve had numerous issues over the years. This week I tried to make a credit card payment with cash and was told they don’t accept change. What kind of bank won’t take valid US currency? They would give me 82 cents back though. I really don’t understand this. Switched to American Express for better service and customer experience. Huntington, Michigan schools and government Credit Union, Chase, Literally anything but this place
Very happy employees and very clean uncluttered office. Brightly lite. Friendly interaction with teller when withdrawal from account. Asked polite questions and had answers to my questions. Class act all the way around.
She was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me some good advice that I had forgotten about but had planned to do. She was great
I’ve been a Credit Union One member since 1995. We always have been very happy with the customer service. With technology there’s not much a need to go in the building any longer. However for my last transaction I had to go inside and it was nice to see friendly and helpful employees. Margaret waited on me and was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.
