Very happy employees and very clean uncluttered office. Brightly lite. Friendly interaction with teller when withdrawal from account. Asked polite questions and had answers to my questions. Class act all the way around.
Smooth sign on, easy to navigate, easy to make internal and external transfers, no recent security issues. No problems with automatic deductions but I avoid scheduling credit card payments as several of these never went through.
I’ve been a Credit Union One member since 1995. We always have been very happy with the customer service. With technology there’s not much a need to go in the building any longer. However for my last transaction I had to go inside and it was nice to see friendly and helpful employees. Margaret waited on me and was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Seriously the worst bank you could bank at. I opened up a checking account here and i told the banker that opened the account that all i cared about was being able to withdraw and deposit money in the atm outside of business hours and they said yes of course and opened the account for me. I work during all of their business hours and can never get inside there. So everytime i tried to deposit money through the atm, it would spit the money back out and say “not available at this time”.
