The reps in the drive through have wonderful customer service skills. My only recommendation is that CUO implement early access to payroll funds as do other banks & credit unions.
I talked to Brian about a dispute I was stressed about. He was empathetic to my situation and also effective. He gave me a time frame and was honest. I loved his mindset and how he handled my situation. Many customer service reps have become cold and started to lack empathy for their customers, but not Brian. Good customer service makes a good face for the company. Thanks Brian!!!
Went in to get some cash. I asked for the money to be in certain denominations and it all was transacted with a smile. I've been with Credit Union One since 1984, and their growth has been phenomenal, but that small town bank feel has never changed. You are treated with the respect and a smile! 😃
