Been with this CU for yrs til this day no problem everyone is so nice and willing to help ....love all . Oh did not know there was a CU 1 on Drake and 15 mile rd just notice it about a week ago when I went in ask the teller and he said he been there about a yr I said wow been by here many many times never notice now it is obvious everytime I go by 🤣🤣😂😂😂
I was in a hurry and tried to use my slightly warped card at the ATM. The machine didn’t like the card and wouldn’t give it back! I went into the branch and within five minutes I had a new card printed and was able to withdraw the cash I needed. The gentleman assisting me was pleasant, polite, professional and quick!
My experiences at the Credit Union One West Bloomfield branch have been exceptional and are definitely worthy of 5 star ratings. The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming. Ms. Temptsett Banks is very professional and helpful with great customer service.
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at my West Bloomfield (Michigan) branch. They are the most caring and personable staff that anyone would want. I want to thank among others (who, I'm sorry, don't remember names!), specifically Gregory, who has been my go-to person and Jamil, who recently helped my family after our debit/credit card had been hacked!!! We have been Credit Union One members for over 25 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you all
All staff I encountered were exceptionally kind, very knowledgeable in relation to their work, excellent listeners and patient as I was quite distressed. From a systems perspective, I needed to reach a live person during night-time hours and that service is not available so points off for that. Additionally, my "home" site was closed for a special event but I found no prior notification of that closure and so found myself stuck in event traffic when I needed to reach the institution either by phone or preferably physically... read more
