My experience was extremely frustrating. I have been with CU One for over 20 years, millions of dollars have flowed. Plus two mortgages and a car loan. I have been a big fanboy steering friends and family to CU One. Recently I tried to deposit a two party check made out to my wife and myself for only $300. Been with this CU for yrs til this day no problem everyone is so nice and willing to help ....love all . Oh did not know there was a CU 1 on Drake and 15 mile rd just notice it about a week ago when I went in ask the teller and he said he been there about a yr I said wow been by here many many times never notice now it is obvious everytime I go by 🤣🤣😂😂😂
All staff I encountered were exceptionally kind, very knowledgeable in relation to their work, excellent listeners and patient as I was quite distressed. From a systems perspective, I needed to reach a live person during night-time hours and that service is not available so points off for that. Open the door at 10:01 and was rudely checked by the man opening the door said I opened it to fast said he was not done open up I’m not sure what I am supposed to do wait to be escorted in? Bloomfield twp branch sorry you have to work for a living!
