Overall a Great Experience!My Rep was *********************** she kept me updated on everything that was happening. I was so overwhelmed with my situation working with ******** and Credit (9 has really put my heart at ease. When you get hit in life with so many financial situation due to medical reason the last thing you want is to work with companies that are not professional or compassionate. Both Credit 9 and Americor were great to work with.

*********************** is quick to answer all questions and walks you through every step. Has really helped get back on my feet! Truly a great company for people that need someone in their corner to help them get on the right track! Some times the other credit cards companies take a while to get back to them so the wait is a little frustrating but ***** emails and staying in contact through out everything!
