Credit9s representative (***********************) was extremely professional, polite, helpful and knowledgeable about an issue that arose from a debt collector concerning an account that had been settled and paid off over a year ago. Before ending the call, she verified and ensured my contact information was correct in order to send me the documents I needed to forward to the agency that contacted me about my old debt.
