****** and ****** from Credit9 were super helpful- from initial contact regarding a loan to pay off my debt to final documents was less than two weeks. They were responsive to questions and kept me updated. Yes, the interest is higher than I like but given my credit score due to a significant loss of income due to Covid- I didn't qualify for much else.

No problems but negotiating could have gone better. This is a credit consolidation service not a loan service, for those who weren't listening when you spoke with an agent.
