I've pretty much only had positive experiences since starting my process with credit 9. Everything was explained fully to me and each month my payments are drafted without me having to think about it. My most recent call I talked with ************************* and she was both pleasant and helpful. I was on the phone for just a few minutes and she was great the whole time!
