My experience with the dentist was excellent. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on the work that might be required now or in the future. The X-rays were reviewed with me and I was shown where a future issue might arise. We agreed it didn’t need to be addressed right now but we would continue to monitor it. Very positive experience.
As someone with extreme anxiety (especially dealing with dental work), I have been very remiss in going to the dentist. I know I should do a better job, taking care of my mouth, I don’t need anyone to tell me that. It had been about two years before my most recent dentist visit. Dr. Andrey Antonenko has a warm, calm personality, as he explained the procedure for my first root canal. He worked well with his assistant Stacey.
The staff was very professional and took the time to properly explain the procedures and options I had. They even made a phone call to verify some details with my dentist and discussed the call with me before making the final decision. Very much appreciated - this avoided rushing a procedure that may not be needed right away.
My wife came to your office on March 18th to clean my root canal. You gave a quote and took an advance payment for the entire service, and then provided the treatment. Here is the receipt. It was paid in full, with no unpaid balance and no additional charges. Why did you send her an additional charge of $156? Then you started threatening to use a collection agency.
