My experience with the dentist was excellent. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on the work that might be required now or in the future. The X-rays were reviewed with me and I was shown where a future issue might arise. We agreed it didn’t need to be addressed right now but we would continue to monitor it. Very positive experience.
I was referred to this office from my dentist for a consultation regarding a root canal. Dr. Antonenko was very nice and took the time to answer all of my questions and assess my tooth situation. They were very timely in getting the information back over to my dentist for review. The office was very nice and up to date and if I ever need future endo treatment I would definitely return here for treatment.
My wife came to your office on March 18th to clean my root canal. You gave a quote and took an advance payment for the entire service, and then provided the treatment. Here is the receipt. It was paid in full, with no unpaid balance and no additional charges. Why did you send her an additional charge of $156? Then you started threatening to use a collection agency. Very friendly and professional staff. I just went for consultation. Dr Andrey was fair and thorough in his evaluation. He said I needed my tooth extracted and he doesn’t do that. I appreciated his advice. He allowed me time to ask questions.
Outstanding professional patient service by office staff, Ashley! She went above and beyond to secure information from my dental insurance. In fact, she spent many hours doing so! In addition, professional and knowledgeable patient care by the x-ray technician. I also appreciated Dr. O’Dea’s professional, knowledgeable, and thorough explanation and evaluation of my dental situation. Thank you!
