My experience with the dentist was excellent. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on the work that might be required now or in the future. The X-rays were reviewed with me and I was shown where a future issue might arise. We agreed it didn’t need to be addressed right now but we would continue to monitor it. Very positive experience.
As someone with extreme anxiety (especially dealing with dental work), I have been very remiss in going to the dentist. I know I should do a better job, taking care of my mouth, I don’t need anyone to tell me that. It had been about two years before my most recent dentist visit. Outstanding professional patient service by office staff, Ashley! She went above and beyond to secure information from my dental insurance. In fact, she spent many hours doing so! In addition, professional and knowledgeable patient care by the x-ray technician. I also appreciated Dr. O’Dea’s professional, knowledgeable, and thorough explanation and evaluation of my dental situation. Thank you!
Probably the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I had an immediate relief in pain. The staff members were fantastic. I expected a lot more procedural discomfort, but was amazed when I had a fairly painless procedure. Thank you for being an industry leader!
The staff was very professional and took the time to properly explain the procedures and options I had. They even made a phone call to verify some details with my dentist and discussed the call with me before making the final decision. Very much appreciated - this avoided rushing a procedure that may not be needed right away.
