Every aspect of my care from the Creekside Endodontic team was exemplary! The front office staff were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have family members and have worked in the dental field for decades and I have never met a more gentle, clinically thorough and genuinely kind dentist than Dr. Andrey Antonenko. Three days ago I had a root canal performed by Andrey Antonenko of Creekside Endodontic's, Fair Oaks, CA. This new experience turned into a 2 hour procedure. The good part is I have had absolutely no pain resulting from this procedure. I had been forewarned of terrible pain and even headaches after a root canal. I followed instructions re post op food but didn’t miss any mesls. Today, three days later, I went on a 35 mile bicycle ride. Stacey and Dr. Odea are both great professionals. The support staff are terrific people! There’s one other staff who helped me with the pillow, she is also great! If I ever need their dental services I will be very happy to go back to utilize their services.
Dr. Antonenko has done 2 of my root canals so far, and each one has been a more comfortable, quicker, and better recovery than past ones I've had. The technicians found an issue with one of my teeth I wasn't aware of, and I was really glad they took care of it. The office staff are prompt, accurate, great with customer service, and clearly care about their jobs. I've had such a good experience with each and every one of the staff here. My experience with the dentist was excellent. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on the work that might be required now or in the future. The X-rays were reviewed with me and I was shown where a future issue might arise. We agreed it didn’t need to be addressed right now but we would continue to monitor it. Very positive experience.
