I don't really think I have enough words to describe just how accommodating this hotel is! Last year they saved me and my family by helping us get out of the ice storm and accommodating us for a few days. This weekend my Southern California trip was cut short and even though they were sold out, they managed to find me a room last minute. Went so far as to call me and make sure that I was still in need of a place to stay. Just a great place and a great staff!
Excellent staff. Every staff member we encountered over 3 days and 2 nights was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well taken care of. Easy access on and off I-5 at Canyonville. Hot breakfast was served every morning with good variety and fresh food. The room was clean and well maintained. The A/C was cold and very quiet.
The staff was nice and friendly. There was an issue with the window blinds but maintenance responded very fast. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We also used the shuttle service a lot druning our stay. My only complaint was that the price was $100 more than what they told me it would be over the phone when I made the reservations.
Made reservations 2 weeks early. Gave them my dates. Because of casino they said ok on 2 free nights. We arrived and they told me 400 plus dollars. Get your crap together people. Called 15 motels all full. Thanks for the stress you caused my family. Please talk to you workers. DETAILS!! I think you get the picture.
Had the 7 Feathers casino (who claimed they were the sister company) sending me here in the first place, I wouldn't have stayed, but I needed to be on the road again at 4 am and needed a brief stop. I unfortunately (or fortunately?) I have no idea if the free breakfast would've made things "feel" better. Either way, I doubt I'll ever stay here again.
