Hotel is under heavy renovations. Normally I don’t care about that at all if it’s kept clean, which this hotel is! What I care most about is being able to sleep in the room I paid for. We booked three rooms for my party traveling up the 5. Construction work began on the outside facade at 7:30am this morning, directly outside of my room on the far end of the building. I don't really think I have enough words to describe just how accommodating this hotel is! Last year they saved me and my family by helping us get out of the ice storm and accommodating us for a few days. This weekend my Southern California trip was cut short and even though they were sold out, they managed to find me a room last minute. Went so far as to call me and make sure that I was still in need of a place to stay. Just a great place and a great staff!
Room was very clean and fresh, quiet with a low muffled sound of the freeway, great breakfast with lots of options, staff on both shifts were friendly, near fuel, near the casino which had late night restaurants open. I would stay again without hesitation.
Excellent staff. Every staff member we encountered over 3 days and 2 nights was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well taken care of. Easy access on and off I-5 at Canyonville. Hot breakfast was served every morning with good variety and fresh food. The room was clean and well maintained. The A/C was cold and very quiet.
The staff was nice and friendly. There was an issue with the window blinds but maintenance responded very fast. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We also used the shuttle service a lot druning our stay. My only complaint was that the price was $100 more than what they told me it would be over the phone when I made the reservations.
