Amazing place! Check in was happy. There were two guys checking people in and both were very courteous very friendly. Our room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. And I can’t believe that there is a hotel that has really thick towels! Soft. I’ve been to other hotels and they’ve all had think paper towel thin. Not here at Creekside Hotel & Suites! We recently stayed here again after about three years, and what a difference! The hotel is under new ownership and has been completely remodeled — everything felt fresh, modern, and very clean. The service was excellent from start to finish, and you can really tell the new owners take pride in the property. Our previous stay years ago wasn’t bad, but it was dated and noisy. It was a pleasant stay at creekside. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean. There was even a hand written welcome note in the room. We were sightseeing and couldn’t checkin on the designated time, so we called to inform them and they were very helpful and kind to save the reservation (no fuss). We had to leave early the next morning so it was convenient to have a decent complimentary breakfast.

We stopped staying hear a few years ago due to drug usage in hotel, hotel was ran down, service terrible, we'll gave it another go due to hotel being remodeled. Giving them a thumbs up, back to top rated standards, way to go. Rooms very clean, bed very comfortable, service and staff amazing, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect place to stay if you don't want to pay casino room prices! They have really updated the whole place, it looks nice. We went for NYE and they had a shuttle that would take you there and back any time.
