Dr. Jessica Ly is a professional, knowledgeable and a compassionate doctor. She always listens closely to what I have to say, and we would have a discussion about what has been going on. She is very conscientious in helping me with my concerns. Her medical staff and the front office staff are friendly, helpful and diligent. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Jessica Ly of Creekside Medical Clinic to my family and friends.
Love Creekside and am so happy with the way they take care of my family. Dr. Speaker has seen my whole family for years and has more than just cared for everyone. She is invested and takes the time to really find out about our lives. My kids talk about her as if she were their aunt that knows everything about their lives. This is the best primary care doctor's office that can be. We've been seeing Dr. Ly here for many years. You can't find a doctor that is more knowledgeable, professional, but also friendly and approachable in the same time. Combined with a great team at the front desk, with Nadia and Diane, at this office they're all proactive, very prompt in response and always ready to take care of your medical concerns right away. My "get acquainted" appointment with Dr. Nopachai has increased my confidence that joining the Creekside Medical Concierge program is the best decision I have made. Dr. Nopachai is focused 100% on me and my medical issues She listens, she questions, and she shares her lthoughts and plans. I no longer feel alone or unsure. and am eager to begin this new journey together.
Love Dr. Ly and the front office staff. I never have to wait more than 5 or 10 min to see the Dr. Which is definitely not my experience at any of my specialist appointments! I always am greeted with a smile from everyone and that makes a difference! The medical assistants are happy and also always share a great attitude when performing their jobs as well.
