Lived here for the past 3 or so years. First 2+ years would be 5 stars. Problems arose the last year specifically with repairs getting fixed only to break the next day. Also we apparently had water damage in the roof directly over our kitchen table that we thought was just a stain until a big rain storm hit and our roof began leaking onto our furniture and table. I've been living in this luxury apartment complex since October 2016. The process to get a lease signed and locked in was very quick and easy. As there is no office for these apartment homes I was able to see the unit I would be moving it to - without the staging and fluff. Everything was very straightforward and the staff is very good here! Especially since I can pay rent online - minus a small surcharge fee no matter the payment method.
Beautiful grounds and amazing location with the Layton Temple going up across the street someday. Nicely done layout with large living space and quality cabinets and granite counters. You can tell it’s well taken care of. The staff seems really responsive.
My new little family absolutely loves our townhome! The area is amazing, convenient, and everyone is so friendly! We have really called this place our home! I have had amazing experiences with all of the employees for this complex! The leasing office is amazing and answers every question with positivity! The maintenance (the very very small amount we have had to contact them, because nothing is ever wrong) is so quick to answer and so friendly! (Also my dog loves them!;)) if you’re looking for a home this is the place to be!
Creekside Oaks Apartments are amazing, and they are “luxury”. You won’t find any apartments better priced. These ones were the most affordable and the biggest, and best looking that I could find. They are very clean, brand new appliances, and very spacious, with high ceilings and amazing square footage. I loved the privacy and kind people.
