Only gave a star because it’s required. Do your research and look at reviews. There are many places to choose from,& I do not recommend this group. We never signed a lease and the on-site manager (Kerry) said we would get our reservation $back…. We did not and now she said she made a mistake & she would get back with me today…. ZERO follow up. They didn’t even get the house number or paperwork right at any point during the communication. We had lots of red flags going up,so we walked away. Glad we did after the false i... read more
The homes are beautifully designed and lovely to look at and the property appears to be well-kept. The leasing agent Jordan Wood had given me a tour and had thoroughly explained their prices, procedures, etc. She was a joy to interact with! However, the Property Manager, Ms. Kerry Anderson, was very unprofessional in her mannerisms, dress, and conduct with me. I would have went and moved funds around to put down a deposit on a home there until I had the most unpleasant experience of her demeaning me and dehumanizing me wi... read more
Beautiful community! Kerry from the leasing office has been so helpful, responsive & overall AMAZING! I will say that for those commenting about kids being an issue….that this is a multi family community. Intended for everyone. If your issue is children in the community I would highly recommend checking out the retirement area which is the other 99.9% of the villages. It’s a bit silly to complain about this exception that’s the only community without those restrictions.Seems easy enough to avoid!
It's a complete disaster! I dislike everything about it. The kids have no discipline, and the area feels very rundown. The residents of the townhomes are a joke compared to the houses, and I regret moving here. Dogs are allowed to relieve themselves everywhere, and the kids lack basic manners. It's chaotic, too loud! and clearly, no one is addressing these issues. If you can, consider relocating! They can't keep up with maintenance or yard work and hire anyone they can pay cheaply. Save your money—trust me, the place is mess... read more
While the houses may appear attractive from the outside, the interior is constructed with cheap materials, so don't be deceived by appearances. Dogs frequently use your yard as a restroom, and the owners never clean up after them, not even once. Throughout the night, there is constant loud noise from children who seem to lack proper home training and respect for others. The management rents to anyone without consideration, resulting in a lack of peace and safety in the area. It is evident that they are indifferent to the res... read more
