I have been a resident Crescent Valley Since 2015 and I really enjoy living here. It’s probably the most unique mobile home park in California. Set on the side of the mountain of in Newhall with all of the mature oaks and surrounded by open space, it truly is a beautiful place to call home. The manger Shawnee is always available and ready to help if you have any issues. Shawnee and her assistant Sam are constantly on top of making sure our park is clean and well cared for.
I just wanted to leave some thoughts about our most recent manager, Shawnee Copas. I have been here thru 3 managers. The first was kinda useless, except for what he needed to do. Half the park liked him, basically those who didn't want to follow the rules. The other half didn't like him, those who wanted the rules followed. The second came in as a fixer. We’ve lived in the park for a year now and the community is welcoming and very family friendly. All of my neighbors are very kind, and I really enjoy the management! We bought our mobile home here because we wanted to be a little further from the city without actually leaving the convenience of the city behind. We’re really close to everything we need, the 5 freeway , Vons, Walmart, Gyms, fast food places , and sit down restaurants. Crescent Valley is truly a magical place and a wonderful way to live - I have been here for over 30 years! The neighbors, the closeness to wildlife and protected open space all around us, can't be equaled anywhere. And, our current community manager is terrific! Sadly, the prior owners - a heartless investment group - created run down conditions, excessive rent, and fostered resentment from many. Crescent Valley mobile home park is a betiful park . The park manager Shawnee is right on top of everything she is very informative and professional her associate Sam keeps the park in great shape always helpful. They are both always visable daily in the park and approachable and friendly They both are a definite asset to the management company.
