I've lived here over 20 years the management team is awesome they are always available if you need anything . The views are amazing. The oaks are betiful neighbors are great .. if you are lucky to live here your blessed... .
My friend is finishing gutting and remodeling a double wide mobile home . Everything is new down to piping and heating and air . To new double pane windows and custom kitchen with a laundry room . Master bath has a jet tub . It going to in the market soon ! Must see. Great buy
I have been a resident Crescent Valley Since 2015 and I really enjoy living here. It’s probably the most unique mobile home park in California. Set on the side of the mountain of in Newhall with all of the mature oaks and surrounded by open space, it truly is a beautiful place to call home. The manger Shawnee is always available and ready to help if you have any issues. Shawnee and her assistant Sam are constantly on top of making sure our park is clean and well cared for.
We’ve lived in the park for a year now and the community is welcoming and very family friendly. All of my neighbors are very kind, and I really enjoy the management! We bought our mobile home here because we wanted to be a little further from the city without actually leaving the convenience of the city behind. We’re really close to everything we need, the 5 freeway , Vons, Walmart, Gyms, fast food places , and sit down restaurants. Crescent Valley is truly a magical place and a wonderful way to live - I have been here for over 30 years! The neighbors, the closeness to wildlife and protected open space all around us, can't be equaled anywhere. And, our current community manager is terrific! Sadly, the prior owners - a heartless investment group - created run down conditions, excessive rent, and fostered resentment from many.
