I lived at these apartments for one year. I didn't have an awful experience, but I was definitely ready to leave. The apartments have so much potential but are very poorly managed and poorly staffed. Most of the staff that works there does not really know what is happening at any given time, and they are unprofessional. The washer and dryer combo is very cheap, breaks, and never fully dries clothes. I lived at Cresco for about a year and a half. I enjoyed my apartment but it did have a problem with mold growing in the closet/bathroom area in the humid times of year. My neighbors at Cresco we’re very noisy (music, yelling, dogs) but there are probably different tenants now. Some office members are nice and some are not. I was told utilities were included upon move in but I always had an extra fee every month even though I was living conservatively. The maintenance crew was great and came quickly. One of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. It definitely has nothing to do with Park East themselves, as I have lived in Sky Eleven which is managed by the same company however between the maintaince problems and surrounding residents the Cresco was awful. I had to have the washer and dryer replaced numerous times. Trash pick up stopped about 3 months into the lease, and the dumpsters location is extremely inconvenient. The staff at the leasing office went above and beyond to make sure I could get moved in on time and that my apartment was clean. Chase was so professional and anytime I call the office for help on anything he always makes sure everything’s taken care of. I was completely clueless as this was my first lease. He explained all the terms, the discounts downtown — and anything he couldn’t answer he made sure someone else could assist me. He definitely made the move in process a piece of cake. Thank you Chase!

I'm a tenant at Cresco and they charge me every month for parking. However they towed my car after paying for two parking passes and refuse to pay for the towing leaving me with an expensive towing bill. Also they got my bike dirty from powerwashing making a big mess spilling water under my entrance bringing dirt into my studio apartment. However they did offer me a gift card to help with the expense so I will be increasing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
