Probably the rudest salesperson I have ever encountered. Dismissive, rude, and abrasive. Won't be buying our next ESV here.

2015 escalade that had a "squishing" noise in front suspension from 4500 miles on. I told service it sounded like shocks. They did nothing for at least 3 visits. Front tires went bald. They rotated without asking me. Then 2nd set went bald. They let ME buy a new set of tires for cost (supposedly) but made me pay for an alignment which I had already done from an outside place and they said alignment was fine. Service FINALLY replaced shocks and noise went away... for a while. Now it is back BAD and they say it is NORMAL. If ... read more

I’m just beside myself right now. I wanted to buy a 16 Camaro 1SS(Blue, white racing strips)1 month ago when I saw it on their used lot, for $30K. But, they could only knock an additional $50 off of the $34K it was priced at, at the time. Seriously!? $50?! Plus, all of the BS over the financing. Ok...Reluctantly,<—- key word, I agreed to some terms. Next day I had some better judgement and changed my mind. So, I went up there in person to withdraw the offer. Now all of a sudden(as I’m backing out of my parking space)....the... read more

Take car in for detailing, loaner car must be returned with full tank of gas and toll tag doesn't cover tolls??? And this is service??? Then they can't find the keys to my car, and when they bring it to me, it's covered in dust? Maybe I need to go to Sewell, they are all about customer service.!!! Crest, you need to take a refresher course in service!!!!

The worst car buying experience I've ever had. I went to find a car big enough for my growing family (I was very pregnant at the time) and found a Chrysler 300 that suited my needs. I should have turned around an run when they said my trade in was carfaxed in an accident, I bought it new and it was never in an accident. There were a few things they needed to fix like the front bumper was messed up and hanging low, and the ignition was really hard to turn over. They called us to come get the car and that night, the car wouldn... read more

Jury is still out butit doesn't seem like they really cater to the Cadillac buyer anymore. Don't go out of their way to make you feel like they respect your business

Beyond a circus act! The left hand don't know what the right hand is doing. To many people involved with 1 deal. Only ONE person knows what true customer service is in that building. With out Tanya's help and trying to fix everyone else's mistakes the deal would never of happened. Crest I would advise you to give Tanya a raise because with out her you would of lost a deal and I am sure this is not the first time she saved a deal nor will be the last.
