Lincoln provided outstanding customer service during my recent visit. I brought in my Lyriq with two spots that appeared to be paint defects. The service team referred me to Lincoln, and he went above and beyond to help. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to personally attempt to remove the spots while also giving me helpful advice on how to address them at home. Lincoln with Crest Collision Frisco was great to work with. He assessed damage to the car, explained the steps involved in fixing it, and stayed in constant communication through out the process.
