We went there with a back hatch latching problem that was very frustrating. Troy Dunn was our service consultant and I simply can't say enough positive things about him. We left with our hatch closing properly.

Crest Infiniti service goes above and beyond to take care of the customer and ensure good service and excellent customer support. I had issues with air bag on my Qx60 and Crest did acknowledge and was able to help fix air bag issues which was waiting on a part for 6+ months. They even went ahead and help me with a loaner while the car is being serviced for me to complete my work. Updated review. I reached out to the GM as instructed and he worked with the dealership owners to reach a solution on the transmission issue. I would say always look into the warranties if available on a used vehicle. However, I do appreciate that Crest Infiniti stands by their word to put the customers safety first. I would recommend doing business with them as they seem to put customer service first.

PERLA ROBLES was our Sales Consultant as we were replacing my 18 yr old Infiniti G35. I had a list of what I needed and test drove a new Q50. It wasn't quite what I was looking for and we were ready to leave when Perla asked us to wait a couple of minutes--she wanted us to try a sport model (Q50 Red Sport) that had low mileage and was 1 yr old. I had a wonderful experience at this place. I went there looking for an SUV that would pull my RV and Miles Means showed me what I thought I wanted until Clinton Morgan the manager came to me and said I have exactly what you are looking for and you are not going to want to look at another SUV. He was right! I left the dealership with a QX80. My husband and I had such a great experience at this dealership. Quinten sold us a qx60 and we love it. It's perfect for our family. We have two kids and even though we were nervous about bringing two little ones we wanted this to be a family purchase. Everyone was accommodating. Big thank you to Quinten for getting us in a nice luxury family vehicle!

Hi folks. First worlder here so anything you read, take it with a grain of Himalayan Pink Salt, the good stuff. I am living a life of privvy so do not see my review as other than the review of a guy with too much time and money. If you can afford to worry about how many stars a place has, you aren't rating the last sidewalk you slept on, or dumpster you ate out of. You are doing better than you give yourself credit.
