Crest Infinity was very kind and professional. They take the time to assess your vehicle oposse to rushing to a decision. Tony was thorough and even got a parts salesman to explain the ins and out of the situation. They also provided a similar vehicle as a courtesy. That was pretty amazing. Good team and staff . I had the most amazing and professional experience at Crest Infinity. In August of 2016, we bought a very low mileage Infinity QX60. This has been the single best vehicle we have ever owned. Since it was new, we’ve always gone to the dealer for maintenance. Blake is our service tech and he is hands down a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients. He has gone above and beyond for us and has never made us feel beholden. While having work done at the dealer can be a bit more pricey, the peace of mind we feel from having great service techs and management has been worth it to me.
I recently had my car serviced and had a great experience. Trevor, the service advisor I worked with, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was also very accommodating, knowing that I would be out of town during the service. They kept my car safe while it was being worked on, and everything went smoothly. I was able to pick it up without any issues. Highly recommend!
Crest infiniti always makes the appointment so easy and smooth. I never have any issues, the communication from Troy is great, I usually choose to stay there and wait for my car to be done because the lobby/waiting area is so nice and great place to get work done.
