As with typical car dealerships they make promises that they have no idea what they are talking about. Was promised a specific price for a specific vehicle and then when i paid for an uber to get there the final price was 8K more than what was agreed to verbally & via text and of course " i'm sorry, it was just an honest mistake. The GM did make things right and reimburse me for the extra uber fare I incurred so was greatful for that.
As usual but when you ask direct pricing questions, they answer ambiguously, I asked for an out the door price , I understand there's theirs TTL on all vehicles, but they would not respond directly to my question. Typical Dealership Tactics !!! They wonder why there's so much customer distrust ?? This is why !!!
[Zero Stars] Won't recommend if you are buying online. The communication is pretty slow and not consistent. Random additional accessories fees ~$3-4k got added which I didn't ask for and they won't answer why it was added. Only partial information is shared. Their website and some of their representatives say they deliver out of state, but they don't. They say they can help, but they can't. Contacted the dealer several times by email and spoke with the sales manager. I tried to get some numbers before driving several hours and was told that he would not make any deals unless I was there. Finally after my last email he wouldn’t even come off the price .01. Not a good way to do business in my opinion
This dealer called and garantied us 100 percent approval me and my mother, we drove from Waco tx to Frisco 2 times, each time they switched up the deal, tried to make us but lesser cars and force an absurd amount of money for down payment from us. They were rude and called us liars and all. Negitive 5 stars , unprofessional, crude swindler snakes the while lot.
