Excellent service and communication with me before and after work was done. Highly recommended! Lyn is a wonderful service advisor. They checked my XC60 over and even sent a video so I am informed that everything is good to go for the holidays.
Although I have owned multiple Volvo XC90s over the past 10 years, this review is specifically about the Service Department at Volvo Crest in Frisco. UPDATE: A few drives after getting the exhaust replaced (see below) wife heard a clicking noise so we look under the car, nothing. A day later we look again and the frame piece is completely hanging by ONE BOLT. They didn't tighten the frame piece?? WHY? We've had had our Volvo XC90 since 2021. We LOVE our Volvo, I HATE the service. We've done the vast majority of our service at this dealership and the latest was the last straw. My wife went in for a check engine light at 73k miles. Also, the loaner car representative is always amazing. Getting you in your loaner quick to make it to work or appts on time. I trust them with all my Volvo service needs.
I just love the service team. They handled my warranty concerns. Had a loaner XC 90 my service was done so quick and just love the service energy that Crest Volvo offers highly recommended for anybody’s service needs!
