My Service Provider (Bryan LaGard) took care of all issues and he kept me informed of the progress. He provided an excellent service. Crest Volvo is lucky to have Bryan. There was only one payment issue. I was a bit surprised by 3% service charge for using credit card. I was informed that it is Berkshire Hathaway policy. I am not sure why major company will use service charge for credit cards. I still highly recommend Bryan and Crest Volvo . The customers may want to use debit cards or cash.
Excellent service and communication with me before and after work was done. Highly recommended! Lyn is a wonderful service advisor. They checked my XC60 over and even sent a video so I am informed that everything is good to go for the holidays.
I was in town helping family ( babysitting grandchild), experienced a flat tire on only vehicle. Brian L and entire Crest Dealership were wonderful. They went out of their way to get the tire replaced as quick as able and provided me with a courtesy car so with a toddler would not be left without a vehicle. They made a very stressful day the best it could be.
