Excellent service and communication with me before and after work was done. Highly recommended! Lyn is a wonderful service advisor. They checked my XC60 over and even sent a video so I am informed that everything is good to go for the holidays.
UPDATE: A few drives after getting the exhaust replaced (see below) wife heard a clicking noise so we look under the car, nothing. A day later we look again and the frame piece is completely hanging by ONE BOLT. They didn't tighten the frame piece?? WHY? We've had had our Volvo XC90 since 2021. We LOVE our Volvo, I HATE the service. We've done the vast majority of our service at this dealership and the latest was the last straw. My wife went in for a check engine light at 73k miles.
