Due to a dashboard malfunction, we drove here for repairs. Because of missing parts, they requested the headquarters to send them by mail. They provided two cars for my transportation, and the service was excellent, especially Mark, who helped me with multiple contacts throughout. This car repair experience was very good, and I give it a positive review.
Crest Volvo has the best people working for them. Had great experience overall starting with Lyn taking care of the vehicle, Anders taking care of my shuttle and Tina updating me on the status. I also had time to go say hi to Billy. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Great experience with servicing our 2025 Volvo XC60. Mark, our service advisor, kept us completely informed about what was happening with our vehicle and updated us on status throughout the day. The loaner car process was smooth and greatly appreciated. Ricardo stepped in on another issue we’ve had for several months. In just a few minutes he completely resolved it and stated taking care of the customer was his number one priority.
