I had a very disappointing experience with Crest Volvo’s service department. I have been trying to get my vehicle serviced for the past two weeks. My appointment was scheduled for last Tuesday. After arriving on time, I was made to wait for over 30 minutes just to get a ride to work, and in the end, they couldn’t even provide one. I’ve bought 2 Volvo’s from Crest over the last few years. They’re very easy to work with, both sales and service. Made me a great deal on the cars and explained all cool features they had. Every time I bring one in for service I work with Jordan; he’s top tier. The techs are fast and efficient, and I always get the car back washed. Great service all around.
