Very rude and disreputable. Derrick called me and when discussing our current funding options, told me it was impossible for us to have the terms we have with our current lender, he said I had no idea what I was talking about, and in essence calling me a liar. When I tried to tell him he was out of line and that we do in fact have them he demanded to see a copy of our paperwork and when I refused then hung up on me.
