Thank you to Jake and his crew at Crestone for their excellent work to replace our hail damaged roof. The roof was replaced in a quick but efficient manner. The crew cleaned up as if they were never there. Jake has excellent customer service skills, took care of all the details and was great to work with! My neighbors commented how they appreciated that Jake made sure their yards were not cluttered with roof material while our work was in progress. I would highly recommend Jake and Crestone Roofing!
When the skylights were removed to replace the roof, a significant amount of trash and debris fell into the stairwell and the master bathroom. This happened 2 days in a row; I don't know why there was a need to remove the skylights twice. The 2nd day, when I got home at 6:15pm, the skylight was off in the master bath, and the workers were still working. I couldn't even begin to clean up until they left around 7pm. Luke, Roz and Julio have done a fantastic job meeting my roofing needs. Hubby and I were victims of the 2023 hailstorm. Roofs, paint, garage doors and other building damage were turned over to our insurance company. This team worked very hard with the insurance company to consistently get them what they needed to cover our quite large claim. Required a new roof on a rental property. An older home needing repairs as well as shingles. Reached out to Crestone to handle the work. Crew was quick to respond despite the weather conditions in December. The work was done in a timely manner and addressed the needs professionally and without issue. Fantastic service. They were extremely responsive to my call for repairing my roof. They sent roofers out immediately and did an excellent job. The roofing crew, managers and office personnel were very customer oriented and kept me informed throughout the repairs. I would definitely go back to them for any roofing need.
