New management really cares about their tenants.
horrible management, mold , pests , roaches , homeless rotting doors shelves cabinets etc, drug addicts needles and bags everywhere , water and air shut off most of the summer . i heard this complex will be shut down soon and if theres a petition of some sort i’d happily sign for the removal of this apartment complex . id give 0 stars if i could , don’t move here even if its your last option .
They've changed owners like 2 times since my brother moved in, and new owners say they're updating the apartments. I have yet to see improvements. They went up on the rent and then put ac window units in all the apartments w/card board or plywood in the windows, which makes the apartments look bad. The only thing updated is the front office.
Friendly office staff
Those who have lived here for a decade have yet received new renovations in their apartments. Is this really worth what they are now charging..
