I'm perfectly happy with my house and the neighborhood. This rating is for the new ownership/management company, Cushman and Wakefield. It's impossible to get them to respond to any question. No amount of emails or phone calls is enough to get a reply or call back. The rent check my bank mailed on 12/5/23 was cashed on 1/17/24.
This is a great place to live! ***update- just had some maintenance issues and the service techs were very efficient and polite. Got the jobs done right and communicated well. Loving Cushman and Wakefield!!!
The technician was very courteous. He explained everything in detail as I followed him to learn about the heating issue. He provided details on how I could assist with keeping my house warm and he checked other issues and made corrections asap. It was really cold so I thank CM for the immediate response and urgency in fixing the issue.
Great place to live and Crestridge Meadows is a clean and quite neighborhood.
Worst experience of our lives never recommended again
