So glad someone recommended DRSi. I called other places, Fexxx, UxS, Stxxpl, any place I could find on Google. Some don't print the size I need, 24x36, some cost many hundreds, some had long turn around time (one other place wanted over 700 in color, b/w was all quoted in 200-300 range. The turn around was quoted 2-3 days. ) DRSi delivered the fastest service, same day pick up, with the most reasonable price, 150.00, and the print was in color. And the people there had the most pleasant attitude.
DRSI is a great company. Their service is top notch and they have great people working there. I can barely even say thank you and there is a knock at my door and my items are being delivered.
We have been working with DRSI for a long time and their service has been amazing! We are an Engineering Company and rely on very large print jobs, both in size of paper and quantity! There has never been a print job not completed earlier than expected! They are "animals"!! Everyone there is amazing and can decipher my very lengthy and specific directions on almost every order! DRSi was recomemended to me by bf whose company uses them for production print services. They have a quick easy to use online system to submit your file to print and they are highly responsive over email and phone. I submitted three giant full color research posters to get printed by them at two different times and each time they got it done in less than one business day. I don't fit into their standard client profile - I have a home decor company and am needing prints for prototypes, presentations, etc. And although I know their core business is in the architectural world, I couldn't be happier with this company. I have worked with a range of people (John, Lydia, Mark) and they are great. Incredible service. Will do whatever is needed to get it right. If I had to pick 2-3 small companies that I really admire, one would be DRSI.
John helped me today. I called and he had what I needed in stock and ready to go. I picked it up around lunch time. The customer service is pretty great.
I had some house plans that needed to be printed and after 3 days I ran out of patience with the Bellevue Fedex branch. Wow, such a pleasant surprise. Greater with a smile when I walked in. The job was completed in less than 5 minutes and half the price of Fedex. Today I came back for more copies and they shared how to save $ on the printouts. Awesome customer experience.
It was a Thursday morning around 7:30AM, I was in a pinch to get a reprographic job done with a super short notice. Knowing other shops weren't even open, I called DRSI. They answered the phone very politely while they offered an extremely fast print job. Finally, with their help I tackled this task successfully. What a great shop! Strongly recommend!
