I'm a contractor and had been using another very large print company for years. A friend of mine suggested I try Crisp Imagining and now they are the ONLY print shop I will use. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly, the service is amazing. My first time in there and they made me feel like I had been their customer for years. I typically send them plans to print for work, but this time it was something personal! Roman did an excellent job, my booklet looks exactly how I wanted it to look! They always deliver great quality and communicate if something does not look right before they print. My order was so small that he did not charge me either, what a blessing!!

My son needed some projects printed on transfer paper and transparency-film sheets. Roman was very helpful and kind, even though my son's project wasn't a high volume one, he made sure my son was happy with the results. This is my 2nd time here to print some things in a week. I needed some big oversized prints made and I was referred here by another printer who couldn't do the sizes that wanted. I originally wanted my prints in color but the cost was way out there so they suggested doing them in black and white if that would work.
