I have been going to Dr Sharma for at least 10 years. I have followed his practice a couple of times. I find him to be caring and kind. I have not run into the problems listed. The front staff on my recent visit, do a good job of getting me signed in. I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes. I hate to hear about others troubles. I would highly recommend Dr Sharma. Truly
My recommendation is to find another pulmonary practice. I don't know where to start: It took me two weeks to get in touch to schedule an appointment. When I would call, the phone would simply disconnect. When I left messages, no returns. When I finally got in, I met with a doctor who, after a long Q&A, said he thought he knew what my breathing problem was (but he wouldn't tell me until they ran some tests, OK I get that). I really wish I could give more stars, but I can't. Stay away from this doctor. I was seen in the hospital, then had a follow up appointment in the clinic. They scheduled me with Dr. Sharma and he was the most arrogant, rude and disrespectful doctor I've ever met. First off, trying to get anyone from the office to call you back is IMPOSSIBLE. Keecia and Evelyn make a great team i love the vibes they bring to this office very professional and the care they give is rare you don’t see that anymore at most offices this is why I love coming here even though it’s a 3hr drive for us thank you for all you do for this office. My mother appreciate all the hard work.
This office and clinic is absolutely terrible. Despite numerous attempts at calling and emailing, there is ZERO response - which should be how many stars they should get on this review. Front office never calls back. Finance never emails or calls back. Dr. Sharma is one of those with terrible communication skills. My wife was hospitalized and I was in the room everyday and never saw him nor could talk to him. Three attempts at asking the nurse for a return phone call and he never did.
