I was recently seen in the ER in Highlands Ranch by several doctors. Every provider billed my insurance correctly except Critical Care & Pulmonary. Instead, they claimed they had mailed several letters requesting payment and, after receiving no response, sent the account to their internal “collections” team. When I called to ask for more information, I was unable to get clear answers. They do not answer their phone and they do not call you back after you leave a message, which is the only option they offer after they don't answer the phone. Makes you wonder how they stay in business. The two doctors I have seen are very good but I guess they prefer to only see you once. What a shame.
I have been going to Dr Sharma for at least 10 years. I have followed his practice a couple of times. I find him to be caring and kind. I have not run into the problems listed. The front staff on my recent visit, do a good job of getting me signed in. I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes. I hate to hear about others troubles. I would highly recommend Dr Sharma. Truly
Keecia and Evelyn make a great team i love the vibes they bring to this office very professional and the care they give is rare you don’t see that anymore at most offices this is why I love coming here even though it’s a 3hr drive for us thank you for all you do for this office. My mother appreciate all the hard work.
Awesome place!!!! Dr Amar and Dr. Sharma were awesome! Dr Amar took sooooo much time with me and seemed to really care. I'd highly recommend!!!
