I've been with Amanda Dobil for 2 years now. I changed my insurance in Feb. '25, and it took 4 MONTHS for her to get my new Oxygen provider to send me the equipment. Meanwhile, the previous provider sent me threatening letters because I'd not returned their equipment! I'll be changing my pulmonary Dr soon!

Amanda D. is the best! I switched from University of CO., Amanda explains everything concerning my COPD stage 3 to me. My wife came to my 2nd appt. with Amanda and was very impressed with her. Very open and honest, I couldn't ask for more. Wish I'd found her long ago. I suggest anyone that has issues with COPD ask for Amanda. Thank you Bill

I hsve never had to wait less than 15 minutes to be seen, but today, they hit a new LOW! My appt was for 10:40. I left at 11:20 without being seen, after being told it was at least another 20 minutes. While I like my doctor, unless it was a major emergency, 1 hour wait is unacceptable!! I recommend this practice to anyone who has no Thing better to do but sit in a waiting room. Anyone who might actually have anything to do should find somewhere else!

Recently we had a complete failure of care and coordination of that care. (This is not the first time) Mom's oxygen equipment failed and we needed to purchase new equipment. We began last Wednesday trying to obtain an order to continue the oxygen and receive the equipment. I called many, many times between Wednesday and Friday. Spoke to two MA's multiple times at the two clinics. (Aurora and Gre... read more

Staff lacks accountability for failing to sign off on orders for cpap supplies. Won’t respond to emails or return phone calls when things are escalated. Have had to take about 20 hours off of work to handle issues for life sustaining devices. I have cancelled them as my provider and found one with more competent staff.
