It was discovered that I had a hole on the top, backside of my house. A piece of siding came off, and birds pecked their way inside making a nest in my attic. Aaron repaired the hole, and was able to put the siding back up. He went above and beyond by answering the many questions I had. He was very thorough and detailed, and took his time to make sure everything looked good before he left. I even appreciate a tip he provided me that I had no knowledge of. Great service! Took care of a racoon in the attic and a mouse problem. Aaron went above and beyond. He was super thorough and installed occlusion flashing in very difficult spots. Even bought the right paint for the soffit vent to match the house. Outstanding!!
Though this was one of the WORST things having a mother & children (raccoon) in my dwelling, Aaron from Critter Control was GREAT! Super patient & super helpful. AARON IS THE BEST!
Aaron with Critter Control provided excellent service to our home in Lexington MI. Friendly and personable, Aaron took care of our racoon problem within two days and returned for an additional three days to confirm are problem had been completely rectified. This experience was a very difficult one for me, just losing my Mom this Feb. I didn't realize how many rodents & insects were in the house. Thanks to Matt be very diligent & kind, I'm pretty sure he can remove them all! I'm grateful to Critter Control, Matt, & Jaelynne.
