Communication with this company has been very poor, which has made working with them difficult. They also don't tell you when they're coming to do work, so they just show up and it's very uncomfortable to have unexpected people on my property. It took longer than expected to take care of my attic raccoon problem. We later learned there was more than one raccoon and infants that had made my attic their home. What I appreciated the most was Critter Control never gave up. Moe promised they would keep working until all of the raccoons were removed and all repairs were made. Aaron was an absolute all star. We had squirrels build a nest under our solar panels, a very unique job. Aaron had the knowlede and experience to take charge and completely fix our problem. Not only was he able to remove the squirrels but also was able to install the critter guards around the panels to prevent any future infestations. Such a huge help and was prompt, professional, and thorough through the entire process
